Returns

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns for any garment that is unworn, in original packaging with all tags and labels and must be in re-sellable condition. 

Simply email us within 7 days of delivery for the return address at littlelushbox@gmail.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any queries with your order.

Earrings, intimate items and hair products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt of the item(s), however card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to availability. If exchange item is not in stock, a refund will be issued (sale items are non-refundable).

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
